Studio Policy

  • Being that we are a "Body Art Establishment" no one under the age of 18 is allowed.

  • A valid ID is required at the time of your service. If you do not a physical valid ID we cannot proceed with the appointment and a rescheduling fee will apply.

  • Adhering to PRE-CARE and AFTERCARE instructions is very important for optimal results. Healed results will vary with each individual client due to skin type, texture, medications, etc. For this reason, NO guarantees can be made and additional sessions may be required. Additional charges will apply if you require additional appointments. See PRICING for more information regarding touch-ups. There are NO REFUNDS, no exceptions. Please refer to the FAQ to see if the services we offer may be beneficial to you.

  • Please do not bring additional guests with you to your appointment unless it has been cleared with the studio prior to the appointment date.

    Booking Policy

  • Stellar PMU requires a NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE booking fee to schedule your cosmetic tattoo appointment. This fee ensures you are serious about your appointment and understand what is required of you when scheduling a service which include the following:

    • Reading information provided on the website and booking email regarding who is eligible to receive a permanent cosmetic tattoo procedure to ensure you are a candidate.

    • You are willing to follow pre and post care instructions and understand that it will take multiple sessions to achieve desired results.

    • You agree to Stellar PMU’s cancellation and no-show policy.

    • If using a promo code, it must be entered when booking an appointment. Promo codes can not be used on appointments that were scheduled retroactively or on appointments scheduled before the sale/promotion window started.

  • PREVIOUS MICROBLADING/PMU WORK? PLEASE ADVISE: Stellar PMU does not “touch up” previous work that was not performed by Vanessa. However, we do work over previously done brows on a case by case basis at the regular new client rate. If you have previously tattooed eyebrows or lips, you are required to email a photo to contact@stellarpmu.com before scheduling an appointment. This is not optional. Photos of how your brows look currently are required prior to scheduling, regardless of how long it has been, or how faded you feel they are. If you book an appointment without approval, Stellar PMU cannot guarantee your appointment and you will forfeit your booking fee.
    How should you take these photos? No makeup, in a naturally well lit area, ideally one face on, one to the left, and one to the right. It is helpful for you to detail what your goals are! This will allow Stellar PMU to determine if the artist is confident about being able to deliver flattering results based on how the area currently appears with the previous tattoo. If you are denied, it is because we want you to have desirable results!
    Unfortunately, there are some extra factors that come into play when it comes to having received a form of PMU performed in the past. If you are denied because your brows are too saturated with pigment or have been given an unflattering shape from another artist, Stellar PMU highly recommends The Removery for laser removal and then for you to resend photos 12 weeks post laser treatment to re-evaluate and possibly move forward with scheduling.   • If you show up to an appointment with existing work that was not approved, you will lose your booking fee and will be charged 50% of the procedure fee.

  • If scheduling a color boost, your brows must be at least 60% faded in order to be tattooed to avoid over-saturation. When the brows are already full of pigment, new pigment will not retain in the brows and they will not look much different. If you show up to a color boost appointment and are not yet eligible, you will forfeit your booking fee. If you are unsure , we ask that you send photos via email to the studio and we can let you know for sure to avoid any lost time, wages, and materials. We ask that you respect our time and do your due diligence before scheduling.

  • All booking fees are paid via the website at the time of scheduling. You must read all policies and pre-post care instructions prior to scheduling.

  • Please email the studio if you have any questions prior to booking and we’ll be happy to assist you.


Returning Clients

  • Stellar PMU requires that in order to schedule a yearly touch up appointment, your brows must be AT LEAST 60% faded. This is in order to ensure the best results for your cosmetic tattoo long term and to keep them looking natural. If you schedule a yearly touch up and do not need one upon arriving, you will forfeit your booking fee.

  • Color boosts include 1 appointment.

  • If it has been longer than 3 years since your last appointment you may need to book in for a new service, as a follow up may be necessary and color boosts only include 1 session. Please email photos to contact@stellarpmu.com for confirmation on what to schedule prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy & No Shows

During these times, Stellar PMU would like you to know that you can book in confidence knowing that if you are feeling sick, you will not lose your booking fee. Please under no circumstances show up to your appointment if you are not feeling well. However, it is necessary to contact the studio via email to let us know prior to the appointment so that you are not considered a no-show. You may also reschedule due to weather conditions without losing your booking fee. Safety always comes first!

  • You may reschedule your initial visit at Stellar PMU up to 72 hours before your scheduled time as a ONE TIME courtesy. Rescheduling with less than 72 hours notice will require a new booking fee to reschedule.

  • If you NO SHOW your initial appointment, your card on file will be charged for 50% of the service for the appointment you missed AND you will be required to leave a new deposit in order to reschedule.

  • If you NO SHOW your second appointment, you will be required to pay 100% of the appointment. Second session pricing will also apply to the new rescheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations forfeit their booking fee, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Late Policy

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may considered a no show and asked to reschedule. A new booking fee will required to re-book.

Payments & Fees

  • First session balance is due at your first appointment. The left over balance of 100 dollars is to be paid at the second appointment.

  • Cash is preferred for remaining balance however Stellar PMU does accept all major credit cards. Card transactions will be charged a 3.5% transaction fee.

  • Stellar PMU does not accept venmo, cash app, or personal checks.

  • Promo codes/discounts cannot be retroactively redeemed on appointments booked before or after promotional period.

  • No refunds. Under no circumstances does Stellar PMU offer refunds on booking fees, services, or gift card purchases.
